Buying a home with a pool?
Having the pool professionally inspected is recommended in order to prevent any unexpected and expensive extra costs to deal with after you move in. Buying a home in the Boston area is expensive enough! To avoid surprises after the closing, we recommend scheduling a pool inspection on the same day/time as your home inspection so they can be performed at the same time, when possible. This way you will be much more informed about one of the most important purchases of your life.
